28-02-26: A day where we start with a learning block of 1 hour of theory and then practical lessons given in English, Dutch or German, depending on the rider - Break - A second learning block consisting of practical lessons.
Practical lessons
As a practical participant, you can book 1 or 2 lessons in advance. Each lesson lasts around 40 minutes. All levels are welcome — whether you’re just starting out or already have lots of experience: we’ll be happy to support you.
This is not a competition and not a show. You don’t have to prove anything here. You’re here to learn, to get inspired, and to grow together. We create an atmosphere where everyone supports each other and where you can feel safe to explore, to try, and to make mistakes.
We also understand that taking a lesson can sometimes feel vulnerable. But that’s exactly what makes it so valuable — because through that openness, we all learn, from and with each other.
Stabling & accommodation for your horse
Your horse will stay in a paddock of 20m x 10m, with a shelter for protection. Hay and water are provided, so your horse can relax comfortably in between lessons.
If your horse receives concentrate feed, simply bring your own.
We also ask you to leave your paddock tidy afterwards — the necessary equipment (wheelbarrow and manure fork) is available at Bornehoeve.
You can arrive with your horse the day before or on the day itself (just let us know in advance). There is plenty of parking space for your car and trailer. Your name will be displayed on the shelter, so you can easily find your assigned paddock.
Learning together
During lesson days, you learn not only from your own lesson, but also by watching the others. Every level has value, and you will always pick up something useful.
Between the practical lessons, there is time to ask questions. Often that’s when everything starts to click — and you go home with new insights and fresh motivation to start working on them.
Throughout the day, Jossy Reynvoet explains a lot and makes everything as clear as possible. So please: ask whatever you want to ask. Truly.
There are no stupid questions — only questions that help you move forward.
